My pet needs a custom sizeWe can certainly customize your items to fit your pets, just email us and we can help you get your correct fit

What if I receive my item and it does not fit?If the item is not a custom item, (custom items may be exchanged by negotiation depending how easily we can resell it) is clean and has only just been tried on your horse, we are happy to swap it for the right size. You will have to pay postage both ways though and new one won’t be made or posted until other one has been returned and inspected. we advise you to contact us to try ensure you order the correct sizing

I can’t find something I want on the websiteif you're after a certain item for your pet that is not listed on our website, contact us, not everything is listed on the website, or we can advise you is its something we can make.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
